Competition information (pageant system, dates, areas of competition, goals)

Practice notes, tasks, moodboard uploads, and other prep-related content you enter

Messages you send to us (support requests, feedback, etc.)

b. Google user data (via Google Sign-In)

When you choose to sign in with Google, we access certain Google user data with your explicit consent. Depending on the scopes you approve, this may include:

Your Google account basic profile information (name, email address, profile photo)

A unique Google user ID associated with your account

If you later add additional permissions (such as access to Google Drive, Calendar, etc.), those scopes will be clearly requested in the Google consent screen. We only access the specific data you authorize.

c. Automatically collected data

When you use our Services, we may automatically collect:

Device and browser information

IP address and general location (city/region level)

Pages viewed, actions taken in the app, and time spent

Cookies or similar technologies for authentication and preferences

3. How We Use Google User Data (Required by Google)

In particular, for data obtained via Google APIs:

We use your Google name, email, and profile picture only to:

Create and manage your PrepPartner account

Display your name/avatar inside the app

Contact you about account-related issues

We do not:

Sell Google user data

Use Google user data for targeted advertising

Share Google user data with third parties except as described in “Sharing” below

We only store the minimum Google user data necessary to operate your account (e.g., your email and Google ID). We do not store your Google password.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If you revoke access to our app from your Google account (via Google Account → Security → Third-party access), we will no longer be able to access your Google user data via APIs. We may still retain a copy of your email and activity history in our own database as described in “Data Retention” below, unless you request deletion.


4. Data Storage, Retention, and Security

We store your information on secure servers managed by reputable hosting providers.

Access to personal data is restricted to team members and service providers who need it to operate the product.

We use industry-standard safeguards (such as encryption in transit via HTTPS) to protect your data.

Retention:
We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. If you request account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
